Prefabricated Structures

Synergy a 1000 crore well-heeled Infrastructure Company laid its footing in 1987 in Mohali (India). From the very beginning, the company’s specialization has been in the business of precision Sheet Metal Fabrication as manufacturers to provide solutions in the field of telecommunications, Healthcare & Hospitality, Defence and Pharmaceuticals, etc.

With the amazing work culture and distinctive insight, SYNERGY GROUP took over UK-based THRISLINGTON PRODUCTS LIMITED (One of the oldest relocatable steel partitions manufacturers in the United Kingdom founded in the year 1946).

The entity SYNERGY THRISLINGTON manufactures Prefabricated buildings, Puf Panels, demountable office partitions, fire rated/ nonfire rated doors, clean rooms, ceiling panels, etc.

To its accreditation and prestige, Synergy joined hands with Marriott International in 2011, to set up JW Marriott Chandigarh –  a five-star luxury hotel successfully providing upper crest hospitality in the region.

In December 2012 the company constructed 10 story building in 48 hours that has been recorded in Limca Book of Records as the fastest building so far in History of India”. The force behind the success of the company is Mr. Harpal Singh, CMD whose intellect and eagerness to multiply the velocity of working resulted in the Instacon Concept that revolutionizes the construction of multi-story buildings limiting the site work from years into a mere couple of days.

Prefab Structures

The use of prefabricated structures is on the rise which means more convenience to the consumer. Building concrete structures is time-consuming, thanks to the number of steps involved right from sourcing the raw material to giving the finishing touches. This becomes a bigger problem especially if the requirement is immediate. However, in the last four to five years, India has been introduced to a solution to this problem in the form of prefabricated structures, or prefab in short.

Synergy Prefab structures are made of Continuous Sandwich-Panels (CSP) manufactured off-site in advance at our ISO 9001:2008 certified plant, usually in standard sections that can be easily shipped and assembled on-site as per customer drawings and specifications. Panels are available with pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) sheets, aluminum sheets, SS sheets, or as directed.

PUF Panel System

Synergy Thrislington Panel system comprises of Pre-fabricated sandwich panels with CFC free polyurethane Foam at a density of 40±2kg/m3 as core and with plain ribbed sheeting made out of pre­-painted galvanized/galvalume Steel as facing on both sides.

Synergy PUF panel comes with standard Tongue & Groove joint and optional cam locks. Synergy PUF panels are manufactured in the most Modern continuous and Semi-automatic Panel making line and can be supplied in lengths up to any length. Synergy PUF panels are available in a standard width of lm and in various thicknesses to suit the industry requirements. The standard thickness is 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150mm

Synergy PIR panels system comprises of Prefabricated sandwich panels with CFC-free polyisocyanurate Foam at a density of 45±2 kg/m3 as core and with plain ribbed sheeting made out of pre-painted Galvanized/gal volume Steel as facings on both the sides.

Thermal Insulation for Building

POLYURETHANE FOAM SLAB

Synergy CFC/ HCFC free rigid Polyurethane Foam slab insulation  conforms to IS  : 12436 & BS 5608 . The slabs are made from mixing of polyol & Isocyanurate chemicals with a blowing agent suitable for a wide temperature range. It has low thermal conductivity, low smoke emission & low water vapor permeability making it ideal for building & industrial insulation.
